Jesus Christ - someone pinch me! Multiple Grammy Award winner Carrie Underwood, champion of American Idol's fourth series, is finally back after 2 years since her last (and quite simply, amazing) album, Carnival Ride, with her knee-slapping new single, Cowboy Casanova!

It contains the same guff 'n hillbilly goodness every Carrie-corker should possess yet, surprisingly is transformed into a country howdown of Kelly Clarkson's 'Since U Been Gone' with a whole lot of pitch fork in the form of a few rockin' guitars. Lovely jubbly. Miss Underwood, as ever, delivers a cool, clean-cut vocal performance that is easily worth a few free rides on the 'ol Buck 'n Broncos.
'Cowboy Casanova' will be sent to radio on September 7th, eventually followed by the release of her third album titled 'Play On'.
